Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the GoodToGo mobile application ("App") operated by GoodToGo ("we", "our", or "us").
By accessing or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Our App is designed to help you keep track of personal items. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the App will work perfectly in all circumstances. The App should be used as a helpful tool, not as a critical system for valuable or irreplaceable items.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
The App offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid features are clearly marked in the App. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store account settings.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found at Privacy Policy.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by GoodToGo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
In no event shall GoodToGo be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GoodToGo and its licensees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the App.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
